Nik Hafiz received his Master of Computer Networking degree from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Malaysia. He earned his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer and Communication Systems from the Universiti Putra Malaysia. He is registered member with Board of Engineer Malaysia (BEM).

Known for his strategic thinking, dynamic interpersonal and leadership skills, Nik Hafiz contributed significantly towards the growth and success of the organizations he served. His success in implementing strategies through adopting emerging technologies to create cutting edge competitive advantage, effective projects implementation, and efficient operations and sounds education background qualifies him to lead Rocksolid Technology Solutions Sdn. Bhd.

Hisyam holds a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering with Honors from the Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) and is a registered member of the Board of Engineering Malaysia (BEM). He has more than 12 years of working experience in the field of development and industrial engineering for research and military.

He began his career as a Research Assistant in one of the top research universities in Malaysia, Universiti Putra Malaysia before pursuing his career in the private sector particularly in the Engineering and Development Industry. Currently, Hisyam is the person responsible for the Engineering Development of RsTech Solutions in his role as Chief Technical Officer.

Azman is an experienced engineer with a demonstrated history of working with more than 10 years’ experience in design industry. Skilled in Wireless Communications Systems, Wireless Sensor Networks, and Embedded Linux. He has strong engineering professionalism with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) focused on Communication and Network Engineering from Universiti Putra Malaysia. His involvement in WSN related activities include design, development, and deployment at the national as well as international level.

Graduated in Bachelor of Electrical and Electronic Engineering degree, he began his career as a Software Design Engineer in SOEM before embarked in WSN when he was a research officer at the Faculty of Engineering UPM. Currently, Azman is the person responsible for the Software and System Development of RsTech Solutions in his role as Software and System Consultant.

Wan Nurul Izza received her master's degree in 2010 from UKM and bachelor's degree from UPM in 2006 both in the field of computer and communication systems engineering.

She was a tutor in one of the local universities for 7 years before joining the company. Apart from tutoring, she also involved with other activities that is non-academic related like involving with event management, reviewing documentation and others. At RsTech Solutions she is responsible to handle the administrative activities.

Naqiuddin is a bachelor's and diploma graduate from Universiti Technology Mara (UiTM) in 2019 and 2015 respectively. He undergoes Bachelors of Electronics (Microelectronics) Engineering with Honors and Diploma of Engineering in Electrical (Electronic) to pursue his career in becoming an Engineer in Electronics.

Naqiuddin began his career as a Jr. Engineer at RsTech Solutions by assisting Mr. Hisyam and Mr. Azman with the projects for two whole years. Thus, increasing his knowledge with programming language and sharpen his microelectronic related skills such as schematic drawing. Now he is an Engineer who capable to lead a team under Mr. Hisyam and Mr. Azman guides.

Faris is a Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia graduates in 2018 with Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology and currently holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with Honors in 2021. He is also a registered member of the Board of Engineering Malaysia (BEM). Faris shows a great interest in robotic tournament during his university days and joined them as part of his co-curriculum activity. Thus, increasing his skills and knowledge in mechanical and robotic design, addictive manufacturing, and CAD software especially Solidworks.

He joined RsTech Solutions at the end of 2021 after he graduated by finishing his internship at RsTech Solutions. Now Faris is responsible in product design (mechanical design), fabricating product, mechanical assembly, and technical task/services as Jr. Engineer (Mechanical).

Hazim is a bachelor's student who graduate from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) in 2022 and a diploma graduate in 2016 from the same university in the same program which is Engineering Technology in Mechanical.

He was introduced to RsTech Solutions during the internship program as one of the interns and undergoes the training for 6 months. He shows good results during the period of the program and was accepted as one of the management team. Now he is responsible for supporting Nurul Izza as Junior Executives.

Asyraf holds a Master's Degree in Communication Engineering from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) and a Bachelor's Degree in Control Systems Engineering (Avionics) from Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI), Russia. Asyraf has a keen interest in tinkering with everyday gadgets as well as drone building, especially FPV drones for freestyle aerobatics and racing.

He kickstarted his career in the private sector, providing engineering services, research and development for the defense industry as well as the drone industry since 2019. He joined Rocksolid Technology Solutions Sdn Bhd early 2025 as an Electronic Engineer to push his technical boundaries, exploring new knowledge and skills.

Elia is a distinguished graduate of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), holding a Bachelor of Science in Instrumentation Science with Honours. Her academic background and achievements equipped her with a strong foundation in the field, positioning her well for a successful career in technology.

She began her professional journey as a technology intern at RsTech, where she demonstrated exceptional skills and dedication during her 4-month internship. Elia was subsequently offered a role as Junior Executive within the management team, where she continues to excel and contribute to the company's success.

Najihah is a dedicated graduate of Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), holding a Master’s degree in Control System Design and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering. Her strong academic background has provided her with expertise in electronics, automation, and control systems, forming a solid foundation for her career in technology.

She began her professional journey as an Apprentice at Rocksolid Technology Solutions Sdn. Bhd., where she honed her skills in PCB circuit design, troubleshooting, and signal analysis. Due to her exceptional performance, she was offered a Junior Engineer position, where she continues to apply her technical expertise in developing and optimizing electronic systems.
