Alif holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Manufacturing) from Muadzam Shah Polytechnic (PMS), where he built a solid foundation in engineering principles and practical applications. During his time there, he was selected to represent the polytechnic under the Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM) program, an experience that allowed him to gain broader insight into the engineering profession and connect with industry professionals.

During his industrial training, he showed strong leadership by guiding a team of students who went on to win second place in the final semester project competition. He is particularly skilled in product design and manufacturing, with hands-on experience using CAD software such as Autodesk Inventor Professional and SolidWorks. His technical capabilities and project experience have equipped him well to take on the responsibilities expected of an assistant engineer, especially in design and production-related roles.

Rashidi was born in Georgetown, Penang on 23rd Dec 1981. He received his early education at Sekolah Kebangsaan Bayan Lepas, Penang, and his secondary education at Sekolah Menengah Teknik Balik Pulau. Upon achieving excellent results in a Malaysia Vocational Certificate of Education he further his study for a Diploma in Electronics Communication at Politeknik Sultan Abdul Halim Muadzam Shah, Jitra, Kedah.

After completed his diploma study he worked as a technician at a semiconductor industry before pursuing his study at Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP). He received his Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) in Communication Engineering in 2007. He worked as a research and development (R&D) electronic engineer at Motorola Solution under Energy Group Design, Penang from 2007 until 2009. He was offered a full scholarship for MSc and PhD under Skim Latihan Akademik Bumiputra (SLAB). He completed his MSc. and his PhD in Communication Engineering from UniMAP, Malaysia in 2009 and 2014.

Currently, he is serving UniMAP as a senior lecturer and a principal investigator at Advanced Communication Engineering, Centre of Excellence - School of Computer and Communication Engineering, UniMAP since 2014. An advocate of interdisciplinary research, his research interests lie in the strength of Optical CDMA technology, Radio over Fiber (RoF), Visible Light Communication, Horticulture and Fiber sensor technology.

Ir. Dr. Mohd Rashidi has been published scientific papers of 91 papers, including conference and journals since 2014 until March 2019. The total citation was 148 from Google Scholar and 117 from Scopus database. The significant increase with 125 papers in 2015-2018 compared to only 22 papers in 2012-2014. In addition, he is also a regular reviewer for several high-impacts ISI ranked journals. Ir. Dr. Mohd Rashidi has also successfully supervised 1 PhD and 5 MSc students and is currently supervising 7 PhD and 5 MSc students.

He received his professional engineer qualification (Ir.) from Board of Engineer Malaysia (BEM) in March 2018 and professional technologist (Ts.) from Malaysia Board of Technologist (MBOT) in July 2018. Ir. Dr Mohd Rashidi has been honoured with numerous local and international exhibition awards for his achievements, including ITEX, MTE, SIIF, IWIS and PECIPTA. He is an IEEE, IET members and he was a committee of IEEE Photonics Society Malaysia Chapter since 2015-2016.

En. Saiful Basyri bin Dato' Wira Haji Bashirudin holds a Master of Business Administration specialising in Marketing from University of Ballarat Australia, and a Bachelor’s degree with Honors in Software Engineering from UMS. He began his career as an Organisation & Method Executive at TMS Software Berhad.

With over 15 years of experience in software application testing, handling training and Pre-sales. Saiful has been involved in various government projects, GLC companies and educational institutions. His expertise lies in application testing and handling training. Saiful Basyri is now actively involved in the Metro System Academy-UTHM which is in Kawasan Damansara as a Marketing and Sales Advisor.

Norzaidi holds a Master of Science (Computer Networking) from UiTM. Besides that, he also holds a Diploma in Electrical and Degree in IT with Honors. He began his career as Web programmer at Mesra.net while still pursuing his study. He has vast experience working at multinational companies and education centers.

He has more than 15 years of experiences in Web technologies and Unix/Linux Daemons. High interest in IT security and open-source software, he is actively involved in Malaysia Open-Source Community, Open Web Security Project (OWASP) Malaysia Chapter and CyberDef Alliance that lead by CyberSecurity Malaysia. Currently, Norzaidi in charge on IT Security and Open-Source Consultant at RsTech.

Mohd Noor holds a Degree of Engineering (Computer and Communication) from the Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) and a member of the BEM and MBOT. With specialization in fiber optics communication and wireless Sensor Network (WSN), he has more than 15 years of working experience as a Technical Consultant and TVET education.

Shamsul holds Bachelor of Engineering in Computer and Communication Systems with Honour from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). His has more than 10 years of working experience in the field of IT and consulting and deal a lot with governments & private sector. He began his career as a Field engineer in one of the top IT Company specialized in System integration & IT infrastructure before pursuing his career in the private sector particularly in the IT consulting and training.

Currently, Shamsul involved with major client within the ASIA region. Most of the engagements come from Banking, telecommunication & governments sector. Providing his skill & experience especially in IT infra, security, disaster recovery, big data and cloud help a lot of customers to reduce cost and improve utilization.
