Faris is a Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia graduates in 2018 with Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology and currently holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with Honors in 2021. He is also a registered member of the Board of Engineering Malaysia (BEM). Faris shows a great interest in robotic tournament during his university days and joined them as part of his co-curriculum activity. Thus, increasing his skills and knowledge in mechanical and robotic design, addictive manufacturing, and CAD software especially Solidworks.

He joined RsTech Solutions at the end of 2021 after he graduated by finishing his internship at RsTech Solutions. Now Faris is responsible in product design (mechanical design), fabricating product, mechanical assembly, and technical task/services as Jr. Engineer (Mechanical).

Hazim is a bachelor's student who graduate from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) in 2022 and a diploma graduate in 2016 from the same university in the same program which is Engineering Technology in Mechanical.

He was introduced to RsTech Solutions during the internship program as one of the interns and undergoes the training for 6 months. He shows good results during the period of the program and was accepted as one of the management team. Now he is responsible for supporting Nurul Izza as Junior Executives.

Asyraf holds a Master's Degree in Communication Engineering from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) and a Bachelor's Degree in Control Systems Engineering (Avionics) from Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI), Russia. Asyraf has a keen interest in tinkering with everyday gadgets as well as drone building, especially FPV drones for freestyle aerobatics and racing.

He kickstarted his career in the private sector, providing engineering services, research and development for the defense industry as well as the drone industry since 2019. He joined Rocksolid Technology Solutions Sdn Bhd early 2025 as an Electronic Engineer to push his technical boundaries, exploring new knowledge and skills.

Aizat is an exemplary graduate of the Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI), Russia, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Rocket Complexes and Astronautical Engineering. His academic background and rigorous training equipped him with a strong foundation in analytical problem-solving, positioning him well for a successful career in the technology sector.

He began his professional journey in the IT industry, where he demonstrated exceptional adaptability and a drive for continuous learning. After successfully upgrading his expertise across multiple technical and operational disciplines, Aizat joined Rocksolid Technology Solutions in early 2026. Now serving as a Junior Executive within the management team, he continues to excel and apply his diverse skill set to contribute to the company's success.

Najihah is a dedicated graduate of Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), holding a Master’s degree in Control System Design and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering. Her strong academic background has provided her with expertise in electronics, automation, and control systems, forming a solid foundation for her career in technology.

She began her professional journey as an Apprentice at Rocksolid Technology Solutions Sdn. Bhd., where she honed her skills in PCB circuit design, troubleshooting, and signal analysis. Due to her exceptional performance, she was offered a Junior Engineer position, where she continues to apply her technical expertise in developing and optimizing electronic systems.

Alif holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Manufacturing) from Muadzam Shah Polytechnic (PMS), where he built a solid foundation in engineering principles and practical applications. During his time there, he was selected to represent the polytechnic under the Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM) program, an experience that allowed him to gain broader insight into the engineering profession and connect with industry professionals.

During his industrial training, he showed strong leadership by guiding a team of students who went on to win second place in the final semester project competition. He is particularly skilled in product design and manufacturing, with hands-on experience using CAD software such as Autodesk Inventor Professional and SolidWorks. His technical capabilities and project experience have equipped him well to take on the responsibilities expected of an assistant engineer, especially in design and production-related roles.
